“Wonder and Sustainability: How Atlantis Makes the Difference”

In November, Atlantis Headwear took part in the “Worlds of Wonder” event organized by TEDx Venice. As an official partner of the 2025 edition, we joined the talks and various initiatives focused on sustainability and social responsibility, distributing our special edition Atlantis x TEDx beanies and hosting in-depth sessions on the brand’s sustainability journey.

TEDx Venice is an open platform for sharing ideas that deserve to be heard. It brings together speakers from the local area and beyond to explore innovative perspectives and stimulate critical thinking. Each edition addresses current and relevant topics with the aim of inspiring positive change in the community.

Atlantis Headwear was an official partner of TEDx Venice 2025, titled “Worlds of Wonder,” held at the Goldoni Theatre. We contributed with a teaser initiative at the Lido of Venice, aimed at employees and the community to promote sustainability and social responsibility. The project focused on marine pollution from microplastics through a beach cleanup, the distribution of limited-edition Atlantis x TEDx beanies, and moments of insight, including a presentation by Elisa Pavan on the Atlantis case study and the brand’s sustainability journey.

The Challenge

The main challenge was to create a hat that was perfectly aligned with the type of event and the approach of the TEDx Venice team. Since the local organization places great emphasis on sustainability, their goal was to find low-impact merchandise that could reflect this philosophy.

It went beyond designing a simple accessory; the goal was to create something usable in daily life that embodies the association’s values in a tangible way.

We carefully considered every aspect and identified the most suitable solution, starting from the values shared with the TEDx Venice team. From this collaboration, a product was born with the aim of having a tangible and lasting impact: not just a functional item for the event, but something that could continue to be used and appreciated afterward, keeping the memory and experience of the event alive.

The Journey

After carefully researching and evaluating several models, the Moover-S was selected for its quality, practicality, and suitability for the winter season.
