Unobravo x Atlantis: a shared experience, made personal

For Unobravo’s 2026 Company Retreat in Cefalù, Atlantis transformed a customized bucket hat into something more than just a product. A live printing experience designed to create connections, encourage individual expression, and strengthen the sense of belonging to one team. During the evening, each participant had the opportunity to make their hat unique by choosing from a selection of graphics developed together with the Unobravo team. A project where customization, identity, and sharing came together naturally.

The Partner
company name: Unobravo
typology: Online therapy, mental wellbeing
sector: Psychology

Unobravo was founded with the goal of making psychological support more accessible and helping to build a culture where taking care of one’s mental health feels increasingly natural.

It was precisely this focus on people that led to the collaboration with Atlantis Headwear. In 2026, for the second time, we had the opportunity to work together for their Company Retreat in Cefalù, Sicily: one of the most important occasions for bringing together people and teams who, in their daily work, often collaborate remotely from different parts of Italy and abroad.

The Challenge

From the very beginning, the project was developed through a natural exchange between the two teams. The first decision concerned the product: among the options from the Atlantis collection, two bucket hat styles were selected, a choice particularly suited to the summer atmosphere of the retreat and to a destination like Sicily.

The real challenge was to transform the hat into something that could represent both brands without compromising either identity. Atlantis and Unobravo needed to coexist on the same product in a recognizable yet balanced way, creating something designed first and foremost for the people who would receive and wear it.

But the project went beyond the design of the bucket hat. We wanted customization to become an active part of the experience, giving each participant the opportunity to add something personal. This led to the idea of live printing, accompanied by a selection of graphics developed together with the Unobravo team.

The stickers also became part of the story: their selection was carefully developed in the months leading up to the event to create a visual language consistent with Unobravo’s communication and its recently launched campaign. The goal, therefore, was not to create a simple corporate giveaway, but a shared item that could become different and personal for each participant.

The Journey

The journey developed over the previous months found its final expression in Cefalù, where Atlantis joined the Company Retreat to bring the live experience to life together with a local decorator from Palermo.

After dinner, the evening continued by the sea, with the bucket hats (our Pico and Forever S from the Atlantis collection) becoming the focus of a moment designed to bring people together in a spontaneous and informal way. Each participant could choose from the stickers created for the project, combine them freely, and watch their own hat being customized live. A simple gesture, but one capable of changing the relationship with the product: from something identical for everyone to something personal, created in the moment.

The live printing experience also became an opportunity to connect. Choosing a design, exchanging ideas, waiting for the printing, and watching each bucket hat take shape created a small shared ritual within the evening.

Product and experience came together. The same bucket hat, the same starting elements, but many different combinations: people with different roles, backgrounds, and experiences, brought together for a few days in the same place and recognizable as part of the same group.

A tangible way to express what we wanted to create together with Unobravo: turning a customized hat into an experience of connection, personal expression, and belonging.
